Atlanta Weekend Brunch Guide
Brunch is definitely the highlight of my weekend. My Atlanta Weekend Brunch Guide outlines all the places I’ve been to in the past two years. I will continue to update the guide every time I try a new spot.
Everything is organized by my Rating Scale (i.e., likelihood of going back) ranging from Extremely Likely, Likely to Neutral. The goal of this is not to “bash” restaurants, but just to organize which restaurants I am more likely to go back to than others. To the extent possible, I also share dishes that I didn’t like, so that you can get a full picture. The guide also contains helpful information such as:
brunch spots on my radar;
brunch map (for all my Google Maps nerds);
my favorite bites;
pricing;
parking;
reservation requirements;
seating options; and
weekend hours.
Let me know your favorite brunch spots in the comments section below!
Happy zdapproved Eating!

other - Atlanta staples
You might be wondering why I haven’t detailed the Atlanta staple brunch spots in my guide. Well, I haven’t been to them in over two years, so I left them off the list but I am naming a few for those who appreciate the Atlanta classics. Atlanta Staples - Home Grown (known for their Comfy Chicken Biscuit), Ria’s Bluebird (known for their pancakes), Rise-n-Dine, West Egg Cafe, Sun in My Belly (known for their French Toast) & Highland Bakery.
brunch radar
The following restaurants are on my immediate list to try for brunch. Some of these restaurants have been around for a while and some are new to the brunch game. I could honestly add another 20 - 30 brunch spots, but I will leave you with a few options for now.
Atlanta Breakfast Club: Downtown | I’ve been avoiding this place only because everything on this Southern menu looks like it is 1,000+ calories.
Beetlecat: Inman Park | I love their dinner so I’m sure the donut brunch is delicious. Think donut chicken biscuits.
Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit: Virginia Highland | Charleston-implant known for its biscuits & spreads.
Cultivate Food & Coffee: West Midtown | This is quickly becoming a Westside favorite with classic American coffee & brunch.
Lady Bird: Inman Park | Their bagel & lox board looks like the most appetizing option.
Lloyd’s Restaurant & Lounge: Inman Park | Run by the same group that owns Victory Sandwich Bar, Little Trouble & S.O.S. Tiki Bar.
Mediterranea Restaurant and Bakery: Grant Park | This place prides itself on being gluten free!
Superica: Inman Park | Although they are known for their Tex-Mex, I’ve been eyeing their “hot cakes” for so long.
The Alden: Chamblee | I enjoyed dinner here, which takes a spin on American dishes.
The Brasserie at Bazati: Old 4th Ward | New French bistro that opened on the Beltline next to Two Urban Licks.
Ticonderoga Club: Inman Park | Great for dinner, so must be great for brunch?
Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours: West Midtown | The chef competed on the Food Network and I tasted some of her food at a charity event which was delicious.
