ABOUT

I haven’t had a lot of arepas, so I have nothing to compare it to, but in my opinion Arepa Mia has the best! If you aren’t familiar with arepas, they are Venezuelan sandwiches made from cornmeal. They are stuffed with different meats, veggies, plantains, and beans, but can be customized. I would recommend that you add a few drops of habanero sauce and get a side of the guasacaca (cilantro-based) sauce for an extra layer of flavor.

Although it’s not on my favorites list below, in addition to arepas they also serve Cachapas, which are sweet/savory pancakes topped with cheese or meats/veggies. They are massive, so beware. Arepa Mia is also a perfect place for people with gluten allergies. Everything is 100% gluten free and 100% tasty.
