ABOUT

Redbird is the brainchild of Chef Zeb - formerly of Watershed. I loved their dinner so wasn’t surprised that brunch was also great. While there are some traditional brunch dishes like pancakes and frittata, most of the dishes I would say are unexpected. It’s on the upscale side in terms of plating and taste. It’s the perfect spot for groups since most of the plates are shareable. For a party of four, we ordered four starters & two mains and were very full.

They have several seating options from their outdoor patio, chef’s counter, bar seats & traditional seating. Something for everyone. Plenty of space to park a stroller as well for my friends with kids! Best news their dinner desserts are also available for brunch! I’m a big fan of the crushed pecan ice & chocolate ganache cake!

WHAT TO ORDER

For a party of two, I would recommend 1 - 2 starters and 1 - 2 mains. My favorites include:

  • Savory Dishes: Smoked Trout on Fancy Hashbrown & Fried Mushrooms in Chickpea Batter

  • Sweet Dishes: Fruit Salad & Crushed Pecan Ice Dessert

I wasn’t a huge fan of their pancakes, but that’s because if it’s not Bread and Butterfly then I’m likely not impressed.
