ABOUT
Bread & Butterfly is the best European-inspired bistro in Atlanta from both a food and decor perspective. Although the menu may seem limited, every dish has great flavor. You should expect more refined and petite dishes (except for the pancakes and burgers). This is not the place you come to get a giant omelette and potatoes. If you can, get a seat in the covered porch/patio area, decorated with blue and white floor tiles and bistro chairs. When the weather is nice, they even open up the doors for that perfect indoor/outdoor feel.

Wait Time
The wait time can be extremely long…one day we waited over an hour. To avoid the brunch lines, Bread & Butterfly serves pastries and coffee before the start of their brunch service. I would arrive there at 10/10:15, grab a table, order coffee and wait it out until the brunch service begins at 10:30am.
Ordering
Pancakes: The pancakes are massive, don’t underestimate me. You only need one to share as dessert or an appetizer between three to four people.
Tomato Soup: The tomato soup is presented with a croissant-like puff pastry on top that you have to break through to get to the soup. Fun and worth the calories!
WHAT TO ORDER
For a party of two, I would recommend (2) coffee beverages, (1) pastry to share, (1) pancake to share, and (2) entrees. You will likely have some leftover from this, but we live to eat right!? My favorite dishes include…
