SOUTH CITY KITCHEN
NEUTRAL
ABOUT
South City Kitchen has been around since I was in college (i.e., pre-2010), so it’s an oldie but a goodie for a Southern meal in an upscale setting. Our favorite dishes all center around the fried foods. Since the fried chicken is so heavy, Nizar and I end up splitting it, which they will do for you! Plus, I love the complimentary cornbread.
Out of the three locations I’ve been to, Buckhead has the best service and quality of food. I’ve had mediocre experiences at the Vinings location and I can’t speak for the Alpharetta location. While the menu is largely the same, each location has a few specials or unique items at their respective locations. If all the locations were consistent, then this would definitely be on my Likely or Extremely Likely list.
