So I guess this is more of a bakery than a brunch spot, but sometimes pastries = brunch for me when I don’t want something fancy. Don’t worry, they do have several brunch items like quiches, avocado toasts, and gourmet sandwiches.

Proof Bakeshop is under the same ownership as Bread and Butterfly, so the pastry case overlaps. Parking is limited, so if you live in the area just walk! Some of the coffee shops in town also sell pastries from Proof and you can even find them at the Freedom Farmer’s Market on Saturdays.
