ABOUT

Larissa, the talented baker behind Bakey Bakes, is best known to me (and to most) for her adventurous cookies. Have you ever had a Thai Tea or Ube cookie? Well, you can when attending one of Larissa’s pop-ups. I was lucky enough to attend one at Brother Moto before they ran out. But even before attending the pop-up, I custom ordered a German Chocolate Cake for my father-in-law’s 60th birthday. It was a big hit with the guests and we even had leftovers for breakfast the next day. Check out her website for other cake flavors. FAVORITES

My favorite bite of the pop-up was the Thai tea cookie. I also loved the German chocolate cake she made for my father-in-law’s 60th birthday.

The thunder biscuits and stuffed Oreo cookies also look good. I will try that next time!
