About: Root Baking Co. started a pizza pop-up, Pizza Jean’s, on Fridays several weeks ago but in honor of July 4th they are hosting Pizza Jean’s on Thursday as well. I’ve been three times now and am obsessed. The toppings change weekly but there is always a red and white pie available. My favorite is the white pie! One of the times we went, the white pizza even had chips on it, amazing! And don’t forget to get the cucumber salad, one of the best ones I have ever had.
Pricing: The prices vary but it is typically $26.15 (including tax) for a whole pie or $3.25 per slice. You also have the option to add toppings, such as anchovies & chicken.
