About: Eclair is a private dining tasting menu pop-up led by Chef Alejandro (Alex) Bolar, who formerly worked at Better Half. Quoting directly from the reservation system Tock: “Eclair is a private dining experience based on New American Cuisine. Eclair is located in Downtown, Atlanta in the historic Castleberry Hill Arts District. Here we offer a seasonal tasting menu overflowing with thought-provoking and mind-bending nuances.”

I went to one of Alex’s casual pop-ups at The Spindle Kitchen and it was amazing, so I can only imagine how good something like this would be!
