About: Eclair is a private dining tasting menu pop-up led by Chef Alejandro (Alex) Bolar, who formerly worked at Better Half. Quoting directly from the reservation system Tock: “Eclair is a private dining experience based on New American Cuisine. Eclair is located in Downtown, Atlanta in the historic Castleberry Hill Arts District. Here we offer a seasonal tasting menu overflowing with thought-provoking and mind-bending nuances.”
For this pop-up, Alex will be collaborating with 14 Seats Supper Club. Straight from Eclair’s website: “Six courses + snacks, wine pairings, and treats ($150 per guest) Friday, August 16th, 7:00pm. All wine provided in Partnership with Fermented Wine Boutique and served by Adam Danielson himself!”
